DDCA strive towards building a more sustainable future for all sections of the community. In conjunction with Torrent Valley Initiative Ltd we have developed the Local Area Development Plan that consulted with the community of Torrent Valley.
This community plan sets out a vision for the community for economic and social growth.
The updated 2015 Local Area Development Plan will be available here over the next few months
